We provide digital marketing, AI video production, website development, and related services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in writing (proposal, quotation, invoice or email/WhatsApp confirmation) before work begins.
2. Payments
- Fees are payable as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Monthly plans are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Advertising spend on Meta, Google or other platforms is separate from our fees and is paid by the client directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
- Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be charged as per law.

3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and the content, access and assets needed to deliver the services. You confirm that you own or have rights to any material you share with us.
4. Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, your offer and your sales follow-up. We commit to professional, honest work, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or revenue.
5. Intellectual property
Once all fees are paid, final deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use. We may retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party tools, stock assets and platform content remain subject to their own licences.
6. AI-generated content
Some content is created using AI tools and reviewed by our team. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing, and for ensuring any claims made about your products or services are accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in the preceding month.
8. Governing law
